About Beth

artist turned designer
As a kid, I always knew I wanted to be an artist. My technical background is in the fine arts and I think this gives me a unique perspective in handling design projects. After graduating from Tyler School of Art of Temple University in 2004, I founded Beth Blinebury Design and began working with local and not-so-local clients.
Since its humble beginnings, this little design studio has worked with a range of non-profit, small business, and individual clients throughout the Philadelphia region and beyond.
If you want personal attention for your branding, print or website project, then Beth Blinebury Design just might be right for you. When you call, you’ll talk to me (and you just might hear my bulldog and office buddy Buckus howling in the background). Beth Blinebury Design has a team of designers and programmers for projects big and small.
I am also an educator and artist. Since 2008 I have taught classes in photography, computer programming, introductory electronic media and design. I currently teach undergraduate courses at Tyler School of Art of Temple University, Maryland Institute College of Art and Villanova University.
and some other things:
1. I love craft beer. Now that it’s getting nice and cold, I suggest trying Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. It is so yummy and a perfect after-dinner drink (if you’re not brave enough to drink it with dinner)!
2. I share my studio with a 115 lb American Bulldog named Buckus who loves to swim, sleep and eat bones.
3. I can’t whistle or curl my tongue. It’s a major drag.
4. I keep my shoes in their boxes and have a photograph of each pair on the box (in case you want proof).
5. I just got hitched! I married my dorky best friend and fellow BBD designer Andy! Check out our super dorky + design-y wedding website!
